Shipping, Returns and Delivery

Some items sold by Doramax.com may require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items.

  • Dora Max currently ships to all 50 states, as well as APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and PO boxes (restrictions apply). Shipping to military addresses and PO boxes is only available via USPS (Economy shipping). Economy and Standard shipping options are not available to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii, and you may experience longer delivery times to these states.
  • We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to U.S. territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands), but we accept billing addresses from these territories.
  • Shipping fees are not applicable toward rewards or promotions.
  • Orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days, depending on product availability. However, please allow for extended order processing time during peak periods, such as major holidays. Orders placed during these times will ship the following business day.
  • Orders can be shipped to one address only. If you would like to have products delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
  • We do not ship to freight forwarders or distribution warehouses outside of the United States. If your Ship To address is found to be a freight forwarder, business address service, or virtual office, your order will be placed on hold and cancelled.
  • To ensure that we have accurate shipping information, and get your order to you promptly, we use a system that verifies your address using your ZIP code. This information must be included.
  • Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that contains a tracking number. Please refer to that tracking number for the most up-to-date information on the status of your order once it has shipped.
  • The method of shipment for these items may be dictated by federal, state and local regulations, thus we must comply with these regulations when necessary. Therefore the shipment of certain some products to certain locations may not be possible.
  • If this affects your order you will be notified immediately, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
  • If you wish to provide an alternative physical address in the United States for delivery, we will be happy to ship your order in full.
  • Products can only be billed or shipped to destinations within the United States and Canada.
Standard Shipping
  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days, depending on product availability.
  • Most Standard orders are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order’s ship date. Please note that if your order must be shipped to multiple addresses, Shipping Charges are calculated for each shipment address.
  • Most orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days of the order’s ship date.

Shipping Options

All orders are shipped and delivered on business days – Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. The available shipping options are listed below. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout.

Second Day Service
  • Second Day orders placed by 3:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped within two business days, depending on product availability.
  • Second Day orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped within two business day.
  • Most orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order’s ship date.
  • We are sorry, orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO locations and Canada are not eligible for Second Day Service.
Overnight Service
  • Overnight orders placed by 3:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
  • Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order’s ship date.
  • We are sorry, orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO locations and Canada are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.
Shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Priority shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day service) are not available.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, & Canada

Doramax.com accepts orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands).

  • Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, however restrictions may apply. See shipping rules and restrictions.
  • Overnight or 2nd Day service priority shipping methods are not available for certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories.

Canada

Orders shipping to Canada are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please expect delivery within 14-20 business days from ship date. An additional charge of $10.00 will be added for each shipment to Canada. Please note: All orders shipping to Canada are subject to applicable duties and taxes.

Payment Options

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states – AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OK, TX, VA, and WA.
